Evidence tying Cutts to scene is minimal
Three semen stains on Jessie M. Davis bedroom floor. Thats the only DNA evidence county prosecutors have linking Bobby L. Cutts Jr. to the home of the pregnant woman hes accused of killing. Testimony in Cutts aggravated murder trial entered the complicated and technical field of crime scene investigation and DNA analysis on Thursday. Stark County prosecutors are trying to prove that Cutts, a former Canton police officer, strangled Davis on June 14 because she was carrying his child and he couldnt afford to pay more child support. He and Davis, 26, already had a 2-year-old son together. And according to DNA testing, he was likely the father of her unborn child 13.1 million times more likely than any random male, according to testimony. Cutts has pleaded not guilty.

Sunoco, Inc. Q4 2007 Earnings Call Transcript
The earnings release for Sunoco Logistics Partners LP provides a more detailed discussion of its quarterly performance but in general the solid earnings were largely due to strong demand for pipelines and terminaling and strong operations from the partnerships assets including those acquired in recent years and increased earnings from its least crude acquisition business. For the full year 2007, logistics earned $45 million up $9 million from 2006 and the highest level since the formation Sunoco Logistics Partners in 2002. Coke, which lost $2 million in the fourth quarter was impacted by $14 million unfavorable partial phase-out of alternative fuel tax credits due to higher crude oil prices. As a reminder, through the end of 2007, our Coke business benefited from certain section 29 non-conventional fuel tax credits, which were subject to phase-out on a ratable basis, when the annual crude oil price on the WTI basis averaged over approximately $62 a barrel, with full phase-out at an estimated annual average of about $76 barrels WTI.
Donna Karan's Urban Zen
This includes, books, jewellery, artwork, essential oils and music, sourced from around the globe and housed not in a glossy, superbrand emporium, but in an understated, raw concrete space. A percentage of all sales funds Karans most recent initiative, also called Urban Zen, founded with her partner-in-zen, Sonja Nuttall. Karan says that the initiative was born out of frustration that so much was missing from traditional Western practices of medicine. While powerful science and pharmaceuticals are of course vital in curing disease, Karan noticed there was a distinct lack of healing of the heart and the spirit. We must treat the patient with the same passions with which we fight the disease, Karan insists. Her vigour in spreading this message has included not only setting up seminars and training staff but she has converted her husbands studio into a well-being centre and retail outlet with personally selected products including clothing, jewellery, home furnishings, CDs, books, perfumes and art where a percentage of the proceeds all go towards the project.
