Police looking for two men in killing at Detroit cleaners
The Detroit Police Department is continuing to search for two men wanted for a fatal shooting at a dry cleaning business Wednesday. The 58 years old victim and his wife were inside the dry cleaners in the 17500 block of James Couzens about 2:30 p.m. when both men entered and announced a robbery. One of the men approached the wife to take her purse. The victim attempted to defend his wife and was shot, dying from his injuries. .

Police are seeking witnesses to the abduction of a young woman as she walked along Chester Street West between the Christchurch District Court Building and the western side of Victoria Square. Between 10 and 10.30am on Thursday the 1st of November 2007 . The victim was walking east along Chester Street West. She was grabbed by two males and dragged behind a hedge area at the end of Chester Street West and indecently assaulted. .

Tasha might be flying along when suddenly she feels a little lift under her wings and – aha! – starts to understand. The elevator is going up, and she is on it. The next time may not be quite so accidental, and, according to Dunne, she may even keep an eye out for the airborne dust and rising debris that indicate a thermal. She may also be on the lookout for other raptors that have been scouting thermals. In this manner, lifting and soaring, Tasha made her way along the coast to a barrier island in North Carolina, where near-hurricane winds forced her to lay low for a couple of days. Having watched ospreys on the marshes of Cape Cod during northeasters, I tried to imagine how Tasha would have responded to the storm. From Shasta College, Alysha transferred to Sacramento State College and earned a degree in political science. While attending Sacramento State, Alysha paid her way through school by working in a restaurant, an experience that she feels was a great help in securing her future career. "While I feel my education has helped me to become successful and has opened doors for me," she related, "I can't discount how important my work experiences during high school and college were."
